@33:30 mins; Ryan, just to fill out some context with what C.A.F. said about Switzerland; the Swiss have something like what WA State has, but on steroids. Citizens can put forward propositions that the people vote on. This happens 4x per year. There’s of course more to the process, and government puts forward propositions as well, but this is just the brief summary. So, 99% chance that ‘right to live a non-digital life’ proposition is a citizen-initiated one, NOT a government one. I’ll keep an eye out for that one; sounds interesting
