Am deeply concerned about what you’re talking about. Woke up at 1 am here because of this too! That these technologies you’re talking about are “dual-use” is plain to see in the information available. The majority do not bother to look into these details! The narrative that these technologies could be used for good or evil purposes is the same as choosing the lesser of two evils. The problem with this way of thinking is that EVIL is still EVIL. There is no “good” choice because the behaviors of human beings are being physically and psychologically manipulated and controlled by those involved in promoting the current scientific and technological “revolution”. The fact is, and this has been admitted to openly by those pushing all of this, the pandemic was used to force people into accepting “digital” innovations or solutions. India is heavily involved in all of this! The details concerning all of these digital innovations or solutions are kept from public understanding because the devil really is in the details! Surely you of all people should understand what is really happening. No “good” about what is going on, PERIOD!

Advanced computers (that already exist) will transmit and receive data using light-wave transmissions via an opto-electronic brain computer interface (that already exists) placed “on” either the right hand or the forehead. Instant always on direct two-way communications with artificial intelligence using light emitted from organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). Perhaps now you understand why the big push to use OLED lighting by the PTB?
Do you use any type “wearable” electronic “smart” device? They are being used to decode bioelectrical body/brain signals and pick up “ambient” information. How many millions of these devices have been sold to human beings?
I try to warn my friends who are infatuated with their Apple watches etc about that, but they don’t believe it. Like kids with a new toy. I’m wondering if this information collected through their use is simply being used in the general cartography of the collective, or if it assigned to their specific profile. I find the latter unlikely, as even if linked to a CC or Paypal ID on purchase, could be intended as a gift, stolen, whatever. It would literally have to harvest/sample one’s unique DNA for that level of dystopic intrusiveness.

My understanding, Ryan, is that yes, they WANTED to release in California based upon the 2022 approval, but that there was so much pushback that it hasn’t happened (yet). That’s what I’ve heard anyways. Happy to be proven wrong. If that’s the case, it’s disingenuous for the L.A. Times to not give credit to the activists who stopped it, nor to admit that it is a controversial idea.
