Just as we have been warning for years, it is quickly being revealed that the true intention and motivation to the vast majority of US foreign policy is destabilization and regime change under the guise of spreading democracy(that just so happens to look an awful lot like sacking and plundering). Just as we heard from General Wesley Clark when he warned of the Deep State plan to topple 7 countries in 5 years, and even a recent slip by Sean Spicer when he accidentally said quote, … “our goal is to destabilize Syria, um … to destabilize the conflict in Syria” those paying attention, have known for some time(Sean – to “destabilize a conflict” is a very unlikely turn of phrase). It appears they are not trying to hide the effort any longer, as they are openly and plainly stating that the goal is to remove Assad, even going as far as to use the term once only spoken in dark corners of the wholly contrived world of conspiracy theory: Regime Change. Today, that term, along with Deep State and many others are being thrown around by the very same outlets that once laughed off their very existence.
The important thing to remember when considering the recent attacks, is that there may well be proof, but the world, Americans, have yet to see it. Which means that there is either none, and the US government chooses to distract the people with fabricated stories so as to go about its business undisturbed (as most have come to see for some time now), or there was proof, and it shows us that the Trump administration feels that it does not need the approval of the American people regardless. If there was indeed no proof that these attacks were carried out by Assad, or even took place at all, it reveals that they now feel they can pretend there’s proof, and hide the lie under the guise of desired secrecy and operational security, which has become a recent favorite of Donald Trump.
It’s very important to understand … it’s not that the threat of being attacked by these US-created, funded, and operated ISIS terrorists is fake, but rather that regardless of its legitimacy, the idea of such a threat will be and is being used maliciously and dishonestly to justify both the funding of the Military Industrial Complex, and its ongoing illegal and deadly operations. And in the most grotesque display of hypocrisy, it is all carried out under the guise of a humanitarian crisis.
As Claire Bernish so astutely wrote:
To withdraw militarily and negotiate a reasonable conclusion to the quagmire in Syria, would mean admitting defeat in the removal of Assad — as well as a black eye from the propaganda-suckered who find solace in the Western policy of killing people to teach people killing people is wrong.
Welcome to another episode of TLAV Political Roundtable where we break down the week of American politics, and discuss the implication on American life, and the world. In this week’s episode we discuss the recent alleged chemical weapons attacks, the subsequent airstrikes by Donald Trump and the true nature of the US government, and much more.
