The University of Washington is an EVIL entity. I lived in their shadow for 20 years and you learn things over time, along with experiencing their meddling directly. They are the largest property owner in Washington State. Very powerful; very corrupt. They run a nuclear power plant IN SEATTLE ON CAMPUS. Eventually, that plant will fail or we will get that big earthquake for which we’re overdue now for over 2 decades; what will happen to the hundreds of thousands of people that live there? There’s so much more. I really despise this entity; my experience of living with their oversized influence on my community transformed my view of ‘higher education’ and not in a good way.
