Artificial intelligence models can create images and videos that are extremely lifelike, and so much so that it is nye on to impossible to determine if anything being presented is real or artificially created. The line separating the physical and digital world has been crossed! Therefore, it is impossible to rely on this “medium” as a source of truth!
Many people are relying on artificial intelligence LLM’s to create information. The big problem is artificial intelligence models that people are using are creating information that is misleading, false and many times not real. LLM’s have even been caught being deceptive by those who’ve created them! Efforts to keep this from happening have failed over and over too. People using LLM’s are, in fact, replacing those who don’t use them as well. At the Davos. Switzerland, meeting this year it was revealed that “global decision makers and financial institutions” are going to use artificial intelligence LLM’s to replace an estimated 25% of their human work force in 2024. You appear to be opposed to their actions, but you then turn around and cite their international laws in your statements, as do others you work with. Something stinks.
