  3. I just want to say thank you for your coverage of the covid plandemic. Many may think you are focusing too much on this issue but the reality is this is the premier manifestation of a long planed global takeover. That is not to overlook all the other aspects that go hand in hand with this revolution of the rich (Luciferians). But many other watchmen are covering those issues. Your thoroughness is historic. Accept for Robert Kennedy Jr., you are the only other go-to person!! my only fear is that this information will eventually digitally rot away. James Corbett sells his information on archival media. this is an archival heritage that should not be lost like much of the 9/11 information. Would be a great fundraiser and a great service.

    – Similarly Dr Hilary on stage having a similar situation to Chris Whitty.

The National Health Service doctors and nurses, who were silenced on Twitter last year and replaced by fake accounts created by the government (until people created a list of the accounts and alerted the real staff who’s pictures were being used. Unsurprisingly, the accounts disappeared the following day), have been witnessing what’s been happening to patients and surprise, suprise, they’re refusing the injections that the government is having to force on them. That “giving up your human rights is justifiable” woman seems to have selective amnesia. I hope people in each city around the world are keeping a record of the names of people and their participation in this global crime. I hope lessons were learned with Bush and Blair and how we let war criminals walk free and whitewash their crimes.

    In regards to cancer, grow and/or eat organic fruit, vegetables, milk, eggs, honey and meat. If it is edible, eat/cook the peel, stalks, leaves, organs, cartlidge and bones too. The uncooked transluscent papery lining between and eggshell and egg white is edible. Make sure that the animal your meat is from ate fresh whatever food it is naturally supposed to eat out in nature. Otherwise you are eating and feeding others sick meat. Avoid any food that hides ingredients behind the label ‘flavouring’. If you don’t know what’s in it, don’t put it in your body. Everything absorbed by your digestive tract will affect other systems in your body because they’re not independent of each other. I personally avoid anything boasting low fat, low sugar or fortification. If I wanted low fat, low sugar or nutritionally dense food, I’d eat food naturally like that because that’s most food. Nutrients don’t work alone. They need other nutrients to break down, rebuild and process a certain nutrient to be used in certain ways in the body. You get those additional nutrients in good amounts in natural foods. Not in fortified foods with synthetic nutrients from unknown sources creating an unnecessary and sometimes dangerous nutrient imbalance which negatively affects other parts of your internal system. If people needed flourine, they’d eat fresh sources of flourine, not synthetic flouride. If people needed folate, they’d eat freh natural sources of folate, not synthetic folic acid. Same with everything cereal and dairy is medicated with. For cooked food, steaming and boiling keeps the most nutrition (while one nutrient may reduce, another may increase). Frying, baking at high temperatures and microwaving cause the most nutrient loss and negative chemical changes. Vegetables and herbs should be cooked until they brighten in colour, not until they’ve dulled in colour. Eat a little bit of fresh herbs and onions with most of your meals. Don’t shovel food into your mouth, take a small mouthful and chew your food. It’ll work your facial muscles, probably slow signs of ageing, probably reduce chance of tooth loss, increase nutrient extraction and possible reduce digestive problems like gas. Chewing your food also allows you to taste more of your food instead of swallowing undigested food. It also slows down your eating speed which your body needs to register when it’s hunger has been satisfied. Fasting (around 12 to 16 hours. Helps if you’re not complaining about your hunger) sometimes is helpful for the body to focus on cleaning up things like inflammation. Don’t drink fruit juice because you’re consuming more sugar (fructose) than what the whole fruit provides. With the whole fruit, you also get fibre which makes you fill full and cleans your digestive tract. You should stretch, exercise and massage daily. Keep your lymph moving. Improve your blood circulation. Get sunlight and fresh air daily. Have face-to-face social interactions often. Mental challenges (not trauma) are good for your long term brain health. I don’t know the technical terms but connect your wireless devices with the necessary wires and adapters when in use. If possible, keep radiation emmitting devices away from growing children, pregnant women and male genitalia since they’re on the outside. Maybe there’s a radiation blocking vest/apron these people can wear. Earphones can be replaced with hollow air tube earphones. There are doctors and organisations who can give more advice on this. One by one, you’ll feel livlier and clearer minded as you remove unnecessary burdens on your immune system as a result of your lifestyle choices. And remember to blink every few seconds to cleanse and hydrate your eyes. I personally think positive thinking matters. Not ignoring reality and singing la la la type. But seeing the possible gain/blessing (like improving your physical or mental strength or avoiding another bad situation) rather than the loss challenging situations present. And educate yourself on the way your immune system is fixing you generally on a daily basis and when you develop an infection or suffer an injury. Then you are less likely to be a victim of scammers.

  7. For what it’s worth Ryan, I actually appreciate your singular focus on covid these last months. For one thing, I think your audience is pretty plugged into lots of alt media, furthermore covering covid already means covering a LOT across many spectrums, I also think there’s probably a lot of newer audience members who are here specifically to get the latest and be pointed in the direction of resources, and finally TLAV has been truly unparalled in quality or quantity of covid coverage and I’d encourage leaning into that. Ryan’s well positioned to process the breaking news on this issue.

    I’ve been a listener since long before covid, and hope to be here once we can finally move on to otherr topics. But covid really seems like the crescendo/endgame of a lot of the topics TLAV covered prior to 2020.
