The AI bots are being programmed to reduce the population of any “military” target? What happens if it decides to make a civilian population or the world population the target? Could the AI hide certain information to compartmentalize what it is doing? Is this the AI plan already in operation? Would anyone know about it? Is there anything that could stop the AI from implementing a plan without anyone knowing?
The ai bots/agents are programming other bots/agents. They are creating audio/visual/text content and narratives automatically, no need for humans.
Lately it has been taking many days for replay option to come alive on TLAV Odysee livestreams.
A researcher at the NYU ai research lab named Sam Bowman stated concerning artificial neural networks like ChatGPT, “We built it, we trained it, but we don’t know what it’s doing.” These ai networks teach themselves! He also said, “If we open up ChatGPT or a system like it and look inside, you just see millions of numbers flipping around a few hundred times a second…and we just have no idea what any of it means.” Lastly, and tellingly, he said, “…we don’t know how fast it’s moving. We don’t know why it’s working when it’s working.” Sam Altman says, “…its scary…”. This is the biggest understatement of all time!
I wish there was a source for that quote. Please reply if I’m too sloppy, and am overlooking the source. I would like to ask him: if no one knows what the machine is doing, why are people looking at the outcomes, and changing the rules to change the outcomes?
A guest author on a local radio talk show said that one of the problems researchers and programmers were dealing with was disparate outcomes by race or gender. They wanted equity of outcomes, so that disadvantaged groups would get similar outcomes (like credit limits, jail time, mortgage rates, etc that currently use AI to make decisions.) to more advantaged groups. So the programs couldn’t just look at objective inputs, they needed to adjust the internal logic to “fix” the results.
That implies, to me, that the programmers, managers, designers (I don’t know what are the job titles are of the people who make the rules for these programs) do have a lot of control over what is going on.

The idea is that hamas is there, but there’s also a lot of other people there, so the IDF warns everyone there “hey civilians, hamas is in that area or building, please get out so we can bomb it (but not you, hamas, you stay)”. Why would hamas stay?
Andrew Bridgen MP held a meeting in the UK Parliament on Excess Deaths last week. It is really worth watching. In the debate he said that the UK Government (MHRA?) had released Covid-19 data on UK citizens to Pfizer, Moderna and the other key players on who had been vaccinated and I assuming any adverse reactions to the vaccine, including death. The UK authorities are prepared to share personal health data on its citizens (which I sure breaks all kinds of privacy laws) yet refused to release the same data to its own Parliament. This is one of the most glaring pieces of proof that we are now living in a Fascist state where government and industry are one entity. The latter handsomely financing those with their hands on the levers of power, either in the past, present or with the “promise of jam tomorrow”. I don’t know if it will ever be possible to separate these two entities so that we can return to a place where governments can hold industry to account, send Directors and Shareholders to prison for wrong doings. We have an on-going scandal in the UK involving our postal service – The Royal Mail – where innocent people were convicted and sent to prison. I am watching to see if any of the people in “power” are sent down. I am not holding my breath as it has taken 20 years to get this scandal fully into the public arena.
