I had to stop listening to this podcast downloaded copy, and go online while still chuckling about something at 00:48:44:
I would think that what I am going to suggest, would be very unlikely; maybe possible to make likely, but there would be no good reason, other than pure evil, to modify a radar seeking missile to do the following…….
Even though very unlikely, I am surprised the Ukrainian propagandists/ apologists didn’t think of this, as an excuse for their missile striking an apartment building. “We all know” the Ukrainian’s would never deliberately target civilians 🙁

Conspiracy THEORY’s Alert!
1/ A missile like the one described, perhaps could be made so sensitive, it could target any family area, by the microwave’s radiation signal, or cell phones, boosters, internet satellite transceivers, etc.. Any device emitting microwaves.
2/ The Ukrainian’s, I thought may claim, that the missile malfunctioned and targeted a leaky civilian microwave lol
3/ Is it even possible for such a microwave targeting missile to make this kind of error?
Don’t you think the revelations and the “truth” coming out is baked into the cake? Certainly, improving global heath was never the point. Could the point be to put us in a state of complete confusion… in a state where “nobody knows what to think”? Or worse, to drive us into civil war OR a popular uprising? Either scenario plays into their strengths.
This is not to take away from the incredible work here. TLAV got me through the pandemic, ahead of the narrative from the start. And I know, Ryan, you’ve considered/ mentioned this possibility. But, to do what you do so well requires a positive outlook and a belief that you can make a difference. In a good system, that would be the case and your work would be amplified rather than shut down.
