I keep thinking, could MBE be changing some peoples behaviour already? I know the subject itself is old news to us and you’ve covered the topic before. It’s just usually, when something like this is public, it’s already been in use for some time. If you had this in the toolkit, would you use it on random people or influential people, politicians or presidents even? Not trying to give the clowns a pass but the behaviour has been pretty out there. Also, the visit to China on the surface appears to be a failure but what if it wasn’t?
