The ideas in the GO project are not new. The difficulty is positional and wavelength acuity. The problem was overcome by introducing multi-photon locks. i.e. only when two or more photons of specific wavelengths are present simultaneously. A dual phonon key/lock with 10 different wavelengths allows 45 unique combinations, a triple photon key/lock allows 120 unique combinations. That is 120 different cell locations or behaviors that can be independently manipulated. The general formula for how many combinations is: (Y, X) = factorial(Y) / (factorial(X) * factorial(Y – X)). The delivery mechanism is still troublesome, you need to direct narrow wavelength light at the cells, well achievable though but not easy to do in a clandestine manner on an unsuspecting population. But if users are consenting and wore and arm band or had an implant very easily done. I think DARPA’s use case is real-time biological war fare ‘upgrades'(vaccine delivery). Their sensor-type field agents and psychological operators are riddled with guilt suppressed consciousness. I cannot wait for this entire economy of human experimentation to implode in their faces. Also, to your point on photon locks, im not sure as regards infrasound the characteristics transferable to such an application but i have long suspected the reason they are obsessed with seeing the eye is so they can use concentrated wavelengths to enter the eye. Connects to entire body. If you are zapped at particular locations, try plugging your ears or closing your eyes. All i have is direct experiential evidence of avoiding this evil technology and its horrible dissociating effects. You know, say you have a routine, walking or something so basic, they will have operators at houses, manned or autonomous- i believe it is all automated at this point with ai- and you will literally pass through a charged particle field that allows them to use light/sound/emf to alter the body and essentially brute force information into it. If you close your eyes you can feel yourself pass through the potential without the pain of a zap. It is highly consistent.
