Heard you calling for some insight into the method/s being used for weather manipulation.
The technique is rather esoteric, it is the same tool being used for psychological manipulation and smart city “control”.

I have repeatedly stated, on my show and every where else, that the one thing we know for sure is that weather modification is very real. I agree, the tech is very real. But that it is real in general is not the same as proving the tech was used in NC. I would not be surprised if it had, but I have yet to see proof that it was used.
Toxic elemental materials are pervasive in the environment already. Sources, such as fires like the one in this report, are an obvious example of where some come from. There are many other sources. I sent a comment pointing out one of these sources, that being aerosols containing toxic elemental nanoparticles being purposefully released into the atmosphere, but this information did not appear like other comments I’ve made. Electric vehicle battery fires are another source. Smoke from these fires is filled with toxic elements and thousands of gallons of water used to attempt to put them out becomes permeated with them. I could go on and on, but it’s pointless because humans believe all this advanced technology is going to “save” humanity! Such is the level of deception ongoing on this planet!
