Trump issued an EO 13920 in his first term on May 1st, 2020 entitles “Executive Order on Securing the United States Bulk-Power System”

Biden apparently in April 2021 suspended part of that EO.
Anyway, I always felt it was a way to funnel money into the bulk power system as one of the “Grid 2030″ goals was the ability of “intercontinental bulk power transfers”. This always bothered me – why intercontinental? Intracontinental would make sense due to our sharing of borders with Canada and Mexico – but intercontinental makes no sense.
Perhaps all these satellites are not for the provision of broadband. Maybe they crack Tesla’s papers and have the ability to harness power from the atmosphere and will use the satellites to wirelessly transfer power to ground equipment? That is ow they will power this electric fence they are building for us.

The “National Electric Delivery Technologies Roadmap”, page 6, Exhibit 2 which can be found here http://www.energetics.com/resourcecenter/products/roadmaps/Documents/electric_roadmap.pdf , calls for “target” – By 2030 “Intercontinental Power Transfers Accomplished”. And also states on page 7 that “Grid 2030 is envisioned to be a fully automated power delivery network that is able to monitor and control electricity flows to every customer and node, ensuring two-way flow of electricity and real-time information between the power plant and appliance, and every point in between. It is envisioned to consist of three major elements: 1) The national electricity backbone for enabling intercontinental transfers of bulk power, 2)regional interconnections for enabling regional power grids to operate both independently and as part of a unified, North American system and 3) Local distribution for enabling retail customers to play an active role in regional and national wholesale markets.”
