@59:00, you take Jorge at his word about ‘cooperation from a cellular provider.’ Maybe that’s true in that country, but in the U.S. all cellular providers are REQUIRED to design a ‘back door’ into their communications software that enables U.S. Intelligence to access private data. I know of someone who tried to start their own telecommunications biz and about a year into it, ended up in a surprise meeting with Intelligence, who told him in no uncertain terms that their operation would not be allowed to move forward without said back door.
