US Blocks UN Israel Investigation, Foster Care And Child Sex Trafficking & US Kills Korean Peace

Welcome to The Daily Wrap Up, a concise show dedicated to bringing you the most relevant independent news, as we see it, from the last 24 hours (5/16/18).

With how many are out today to simply misinform and confuse, in order to distract from the many important things we discuss on this show, it is more important than ever to not allow your emotions to dictate your perception. What is happening in Gaza today (and has been ongoing for years) is a perfect example. If one simply looks at the facts, and Israel’s history of unchallenged human rights violations and war crimes, it is abundantly clear that the recent actions in Gaza were an atrocious show of excessive force.

Even today an Israeli official admitted that the “IDF failed to minimize Palestinian casualties,” which directly contradicts what the US has been claiming; even going as far as to praise Israeli “restraint,” I guess for not killing more than then they had already chosen to. Yet, the statement of this official in and of itself, in my opinion, is simply an attempt to walk back lies about what is quickly becoming common knowledge. As it is quite clear that this was much more than simply failing to ‘minimize casualties’ and was in all actuality a concerted effort to make the Palestinians pay for daring to protest for their rights and expose the ongoing war crimes of Israel.

As this story continues to spread and tarnish the efforts of Trump and Netanyahu in Jerusalem, we are seeing an absolute onslaught of those simply out to distort the truth and create division. So do not allow their divisive claims to trigger an emotional response, and do not allow this to keep you from standing back and addressing the facts at hand and coming to a rational decision — event if that is to come to the conclusion that you wholeheartedly disagree with my assessment (which is okay). As long as it is based on the facts, and not your emotional reaction to outlandish and unverified claims.

As all of this continues overseas, and the war-focused efforts of US foreign policy continue, some of the worst issues here at home continue to be ignored by the corporate media, showing us yet again, that there are topics they are simply not allowed to discuss; and we should always ask ourselves why that is. And I am of course referring to the ongoing epidemic of child sex trafficking in this country. And in today’s Daily Wrap Up, we dive into its very clear connection with the foster care system

Please take the information discussed in the video below and research for yourself, and come to your own conclusions. As anyone telling you what the truth is, or claiming they have the answer, is likely leading you astray, for one reason or another. Stay Vigilant.
