On the political stage, we’ve seen Trump and the intelligence agencies feuding back and forth, with insults being hurled around at one another on what seems like a daily basis. As a result, Trump has decided to order a broad review on the Intelligence agencies, which is to be headed up by billionaire Stephen Feinberg, co-founder of Cerberus Capital Management. What makes all of this interesting is that Mr. Feinberg’s company Cerberus Capital Management owns the defense contractor DynCorp, which has been heavily exposed by George Webb as being in charge of the operations of the black budget. The question now is, what does this all mean?
