Couldn’t be because of advanced foreknowledge of the weather “events” caused by Helene could it? Its not a coincidence! Who controls the weather controls the world!

3. The included information at the end of the broadcast about NEXRAD frequency transmissions influencing weather is ridiculous. I happen to work on that exact RADAR system so let me include some context for the amount of power put into the atmosphere (which is very small). The system puts out a pulse width of 1.57 microseconds or 4.71 microseconds respective if looking for precip or clear air events. Peak power is 700 Kilowatts but the on time ratio of that is very small. For instance, at a pulse recurrence frequency of 321 pulses per second with a pulse width of 1.57 microseconds (which is used during precip events like hurricanes) the system is only transmitting for 1.814292 seconds per hour. For the math 321 X .00000157=.00050397 so active transmission is 503.97 microseconds every second. .00050397 X 60=.0302382 so active transmission is 30.2382 milliseconds per minute. Thusly, .0302382 X 60=1.814292 or 1.814292 seconds per hour. The amount of actual average power put into the atmosphere no where near enough to influence temperature of air masses or air currents even if seeded with some electrically conductive material (which by the way would most likely be cased in moisture, frozen over in the upper atmosphere and dropped as hail long before it could influence anything). I didn’t have any issue with the rest of the show, but that stuff at the end was utter nonsense.

   1. If the NEXRAD’s don’t transmit enough power to influence the weather, which is not proven just because you say so, then what technologies are being used to control the weather? Electro magnetic pulses at higher recurrent frequencies broadcast from “other” sources can most certainly influence the weather. Tesla towers exist and one is located in Texas!

4. Electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) from Doppler radars and Tesla Arrays are used to increase temp or change wind direction to steer rain bands. Increases in temperature changes wind direction to steer rain and cause storms. EMF directed into aerosol dispersed nanoparticles causes them to resonate and heat up to influence weather. Moisture in troposphere created via EMF’s heat causes moisture to clinch onto invisible nanoparticles. Weather control involves using environmental nanoparticle sensors distributed in the atmosphere linked to advanced high speed computational systems. Using advanced land, air, and space based assets immense amounts of data are analyzed and used to determine when and where to apply various pulsed frequencies in order control the world’s cloud layer and thus the weather!

   This “ClimateShield” proposal was initiated over 20 years ago! You’d be foolish to think those involved in this scientific endeavor aren’t doing everything they proposed and more!

   It works the way I say it works because I have been working on Radar system including the WSR-88D (NEXRAD) for 30 years. Most of a radar’s life is spent listening not radiating. Thusly I provided the math of actual on-time per hour. If you want to see 240 nautical miles you must first transmit and then listen. Since radio frequency can cover one nautical mile out and back in 12.36 microseconds or .00001236 of a second the system must transmit a burst then listen for at least 2.9664 milliseconds or 2966.4 microseconds to cover the required range. Also there processing time added at the end to digitize the radial. Each cut of 360 degrees is covered by 720 radials. So any RADAR (radio detection and ranging) spends most of it’s life listening not transmitting. Are there other means of controlling the weather? I am open to the idea that there could be, but based on my experience there is no radar out there controlling weather.

An important feature of MOSAIC is dynamic partitioning of all condensable gases to the different fine and coarse mode aerosols, as governed by mode-resolved thermodynamics and heterogeneous chemical reactions. Applied in the free-running mode from 1995 to 2005 with prescribed historical climatological conditions, the model simulates global distributions of sulfate, nitrate, and ammonium in good agreement with observations and previous studies.”

   Actual aerosol spraying operations releasing various nanoparticle “treatments” from various aircraft have been going on since 1995! These operations are still going on today! Of particular interest on the College of DuPage website under the heading “NEXRAD Radar” is a subheading titled: “Mosaic Radar”! Next to this is the subheading “Dual-Pole NEXRAD”! Highly advanced computational technologies have been developed and are being used to not only “model” the weather,. but to manipulate and control the weather.

      I went to website you speak of https://weather.cod.edu/satrad/nexrad/ and no such sub heading exists. Like I said, could there be other means of weather manipulation sure. Also Dual Polarization simply means the system can transmit through a dual feed horn allowing for the RF to be propagated into the atmosphere both horizontally and vertically. This allows the phase relationship of the returns to be compared so that the rough shape of particulates in the air can be discerned. Why do this you ask? To tell the difference between rain drops (elongated, perfect sphere, flattened), snow and debris. This allows for better precipitation estimates and also more accurate location of things like tornados (debris in the air). I am not a meteorologist but a technician that maintains the gear. I am fully knowledgeable on the capabilities of the system electronically and mechanically. This is why I say it has no capability to control weather. The antenna is constantly rotating in azimuth and changing elevations. It is never sitting and transmitting at a single point. In fact, if you try to over ride that it will shut down in 5 minutes as a built in safety feature and the capability to radiate in a single direction is only available in test mode where a technician has to be physically present at the system. These are unmanned facilities that run 24/7 other than maintenance or outages. They are also not connected to the internet. Products are connected to Weather Forecast Offices via T1 or direct fiber link. The products are then shared from that point. There is no single point where multiple nexrads could be controlled from. So again, other means, possible for sure. Radar, not possible.

8. I went to the C.O.D. website early this morning and under the heading “NEXRAD Radar” the subheading “Mosaic Radar” is plainly visible. Radar frequencies broadcast into the atmosphere excite water molecules which causes heat. Depending on the frequency broadcast the heating can be slow or fast. Pulsing the frequency does not stop this from happening.

Also, what is your area of expertise? You insist on clinging onto this idea but you trying to tell me how radar works is like you trying to tell your mechanic how a car works. It is just not working. Atmospheric attenuation drops power levels like a rock with in the first 10 nauts which is why such sensitive receivers are needed to discern the returns. Could heating be caused, I suppose but it is very unlikely in a volume the size of the atmosphere. The only way a microwave works is the fact that the item being heated is trapped in a faraday cage with X band frequencies bouncing around unable to escape (that is what the little cross hatch pattern is on the clear door of your microwave). If you would like to test this, try cheating the door switch and attempt to heat something up with the door open (don’t stand in front of it while doing so unless you want your sperm count to drop to zero for about 30 days). You will find that the item you attempt to heat up will not heat up much if at all. Also, a microwave is transmitting constant wave not pulsed in order to cause enough molecular motion to cause heating. Anyway, believe what you like. I would like to believe a giant chariot carries the sun across the sky. Doesn’t make it true.

10. Any of you out there happen to see the massive aerosol nanoparticle spraying operations that went on over western Idaho, southeastern OR, and northeastern CA on 9/10/2024? Probably not. Anyway, this took place as a front moved in from the west. Flow of clouds/aerosols in front moved from the SW to the NE and drifted slowly to the east. Was clearly visible on the GOES satellite images displayed on weather websites. This technology couldn’t be used to manipulate and control the weather, could it? Nah! That’s just a conspiracy theory!
