A couple of comments to start:
1. On IMN’s list of personalities that are ‘misleading’ the public-such as Russel Brand (who I remind you isn’t American), or even Alex Jones– I feel that some are simply not trained journalists and that they mean well, but have human flaws coupled with an absence of correct training that leads them to miss important details and not practice the required discipline to report in a grounded, fact-based manner. Additionally it is incredibly important to acknowledge that their audience does not demand evidence-based reporting, and THIS is the root problem. We have a lazy and gullible voting population who were not taught active listening and critical thinking skills as children.
