  1. The states have no jurisdictional authority to do anything, the state is a piece of paper…. The Bill of rights is ratified law… Separate from and superior to the constitution. It’s Always been about INDIVIDUAL rights… The individual… We are supposed to have common law courts to settle grievances amongst each other as individuals, the state was never meant to have any authority to charge or convict anyone…. The bill of rights was added to the constitution as amendments to subvert it….

  2. And generally your perspective is in line with that truth, only you have a misguided belief that the state can create laws to dictate and direct our behaviors and lives. I know you will vehemently disagree with the word from the trenches in respect to his and frankly my beliefs on how to fix this situation, however what cannot be argued is what he explains clearly about the bill of rights and our authority as sovereign nationals of the united states of america. The current system is based on commerce law, it’s completely unlawful and they apply these corporate policies to the individual through the strawman corporations created in our names through the birth registration. Admiralty system…. On our lands it is supposed to be common law… And in respect to abortion the only people that have any say over what happens is the parties involved directly, and in disagreement they would have to settle that grievance in the courts… That is how its supposed to be done…. Not a ruling from appointed judges, but by a jury of our peers, following to the letter the ratified law of our inalienable rights, laid out in the bill of rights.

    1. Hear me on this: I do not think the government has any right to, in any form, contradict your inalienable Constitutional Rights. Laws are one thing, and yes they can pass laws (that are SUPPOSED to be the will of the people), but nothing can undermine your rights.

      1. Re-reading what I said, that didn’t exactly come out the way I meant it to, I know that you and I are on the same page as far as that is concerned. I’ll be sure to proofread my posts before submitting them so I don’t do that again, You’re a good man Ryan and you are the best at what you do in my opinion. Keep up the good work buddy.

      2. It’s all good Derkit, I didn’t take offense. I just wanted to be sure you of all people have a clear understanding of my stance. Appreciate you brother.

      3. I finally found a new Job And Will have more money coming in, you can count on my support in the near future. Not as much as I feel you deserve and as much as I would like to, but it would be something nonetheless. I definitely want to see you continue to do what you do as much as you do. You keep that non-biased perspective and objectivity that is rare to find, especially that you keep your religious perspective out of the equation and you don’t convey things through that lens. Again, you are by far the best at what you do my friend!

  3. Oh, I also Just want to say that I prefer being able to see the tabs in your browser. But it’s not a big deal, Just My two cents about the change.

  4. Ryan, it makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up when people say”constiutional rights”, our rights don’t come from the constitution or the bill of rights, we already have them, God given or natural rights,if you prefer, the bill of rights was written, imo, to reinforce the idea, and to specify these rights were never to be infringed upon

  5. Ryan,
Is there any way to find out about the conflict of interests throughout the senate and congress and the FDA?? You make great points that the whole thing is a money game. Who does this shot
” work ” for? It is very clear to me that it works for the people who make it. I personally will never trust any doctor again, which is sad because I have some health issues. As always great show. The vagabond is the best show on the web. Thank you for your time and insights.

  6. I think most religious people believe or want their rights to come from their religion. What major religion has not pushed their beliefs into rules or laws? It is important to have the individuals rights stated and protected, because the majority are not that bright, and are easily misled into belief of nonsense and non-science; group think, pack bonding, mob mentality, mass formation, cognitive dissonance. All caused by belief.

I do not personally like hearing “god” given rights. There is zero evidence of any god, let alone one that gave us rights. No, sorry people, the so called bible is not proof of anything.

Natural rights, inalienable rights, yes! Rights that apply to every human born, whether they believe or are free thinkers.
