I’m speaking with a friend in Philadelphia as I’m watching this episode, and she’s telling me the city is already boarded up (by Nov 1), and they’ve had riots all week (presumably from a cop killing a Walter Wallace). So you can see the scapegoat already being set up for the chaos, with the infrastructure already in place.

3. what if there are no rulers of the oligarchy, so they are an anarchistic oligarchy amongst themselves? no one can really prove it’s one guy telling everybody what to do obviously, so that’s the next best thing. anarchies must be some kind of democracy – unless the lowly individual is left alone, right? anarchies establish their own rules for themselves – including communizing themselves and the rest of the world for themselves. i think we DO need a global agenda – that is leashing democracy and establishing rules intertwining with natural human rights that are given by nature/god. we need a republic. a republic is an anarchy with national (there is a better word i’m sure) established human rights. the rest is up to you and your relationships in life to decide. it’s okay if the rules need to change every day, too.
