It is the occupation government of the former USA that is literally LEADING the rush to destroy not only the US Dollar, but everything else that made the USA the USA (culture, religion, family, borders, etc.). China and Russia are cooperating in the effort.

The important point is that China and Russia are WORLD LEADERS OF CBDC! They have both already rolled out trial species and Russia is literally firing out legislation left and right covering all aspects of digital central bank “currency” (it is NOT) including international / foreign use!
The Russian banks and bankers are still and always have been deeply connected to the WEF and the Global central banker cartel. He also constantly proves and re-proves Russian pharma integration with the WHO including Russia’s own internal “VAX” policies and propaganda!
