The TPP: A Trade Deal For The Elite Only

In case anybody has been living under a rock, one the biggest “trade deals” in history is on the verge of being signed into law if the people don’t wake up and take action immediately. The TPP, an international trade deal between 12 Pacific nations including the United States, is nothing more than a massive power grab by the global power elite to further centralize power over control of the world economy and its laws, putting them into the hands of fewer and fewer people and institutions internationally, while further curbing the capability for ordinary citizens to have any democratic and lawfully binding ability to affect the policy and way of life in their own local communities. Power will essentially go from a decentralized, bottom-up approach to a highly centralized top down approach. The TPP is all about the New World Order agenda of a highly centralized elite control and has nothing to do with helping real people and abiding by the Constitution. So how is the TPP achieving this?

World Government:

The first and most powerful tool it’s aiming to implement is the build-up of an international court system in which international agreements and laws can be ruled upon and enforced. As of now, there is nothing within the law forcing countries into adopting standardized laws such as ones passed by the U.N., so basically most international laws are handshake agreements and symbolic in nature rather than enforceable. What the TPP wants to do is create ways and mechanisms, such as secret international tribunal courts, which have the legally binding authority to rule and prosecute countries not sticking to the rules of the international agreements, even if they go against the democratic will of the people.

The standardization of law will essentially get rid of safeguards that communities, states and nations put in place to protect the people of those areas, such as wage labor laws, environmental standards, food safety standards, and financial regulation. International institutions and globalist elites play on a different chessboard. They don’t see the problems in the local towns or implement localized approach’s and policies thinking of what’s best for the people in that community. Global power and international law sees the whole world as a chessboard in which they are playing 5 moves ahead, and usually what happens is the elite interests, essentially the one’s who create the laws and own the resources, are the ones who are taken into consideration and propped up to solve the problem and provide for everyone. Basically, it is a standardized approach rather than a case by case study. One has to ask themselves whether an international body planning out the world stage is more desirable than a decentralized structure where people are able to effect their local laws and ways of living.

Internet Enforcement:

It should come as no surprise that a trade deal done in complete secret from the public eye, and even to much of the government, is also aiming to come after the holy grail of the people, the Internet. More than anything else, the Internet has changed the game and given power back to the people to collaborate and share information freely, fairly, and instantaneously. It’s decentralized in nature, as one entity does not have control over it. The problem for the elite interests is that many people are waking up to what’s really going via the Internet, hence, why it must start being monitored and censored.

Through legislation in the TPP, the global elite are aiming to initiate a total crackdown on copyrights and information sharing as well as censoring content, removing websites, and sometimes even restricting internet access. They always say it’s for cyber-security, terrorism, or inappropriate content, but that kind of language always gets spun around in time to mean activists and those who speak out, hindering free speech and also pushing for harsher penalties for those who dissent. Not surprisingly, the TPP also has especially weak language about corporations having high privacy standards when dealing with people’s information, essentially forcing corporations to share all its info on you with governments and intelligence agencies. They are essentially putting pressure on the Internet companies to not only patrol the Internet, but for the government to have access to this data as well. This will span internationally in scope, not just domestically.

Copyright Laws:

Then there is copyright laws, which supremely inhibit the ability of the people to share and reproduce information and technology. What essentially the copyright laws will do is make it hard, especially for developing nations, to produce low-cost products as well as have access to them. With stricter copyright laws, low-cost knockoff products that cost a lot less, yet mirror the technology, will not be made for fear of more intense prosecution. Copyright laws also apply to much of what is shared on the internet, putting a strong kink in the flow of information between people across the Internet. The goal is to essentially make people pay to access anything on the internet, going directly against the reason it’s most effective. How can society build off one another if one cannot access the information and technology out there or have fair access to it.

Copyright laws will also affect the costs of medicine, essentially outlawing the production of low-cost knock off drugs that often do the same thing, yet are way cheaper. Many of these drugs are essential in developing countries due to western medicine prices costing way too much. It will create a cartel of companies who own the rights to most of the drugs in the world, being they own most of the patents, and anyone who aims to recreate medicine will be prosecuted under international law.

Climate Change Legislation:

As stated earlier, by enacting a world institution that can rule on international matters, global climate change legislation finally becomes enforceable and not just a handshake agreement. Now it’s important to understand what they really want to do with the climate change legislation. This legislation is not really about saving the environment and improving people’s health, but instead revolves around the concept of carbon permit trading as well as Agenda 21 and depopulation.

The problem with this approach is that big business and global elites are the only real winners, as there will be a limited amount of carbon permits, so naturally the prices will rise and eventually only the big businesses with mega logistics will able to compete. Like almost all other industries, a cartel of big business companies will come to dominate the market and small business will eventually be bought out or collapse. This again centralizes power into fewer hands. This also severely inhibits the average citizens ability to access cheap energy, further herding them into cities and widening the wealth gap.

What the agreement will also fail to do is actually protect the environment. Local, State, and even national laws will no longer have merit and be able to stand up in court if they do not meet up with the international requirements. Globalization, as in producing stuff thousands of miles away when it can be produced at home, has done way more harm to the environment then a decentralized approach of people acting locally and autonomously. People also fail to realize that man-made climate change is largely a hoax, manufactured by the elite and used as a tool to create world government.

Closing:

This all really comes down to what type of world people want to live in, a centralized world of standardized international law where big business and international government effectively run the show and plan society, or a decentralized bottom up world where local laws trump higher systems of law such as national and especially internationally. The country used to operate on this decentralized model, but as the days go by, the international centralization train is moving with powerful force, while the public sits back and does nothing. This is a society where everything is owned, everything is defined, and the agenda of the entire world is controlled and planned by the few. While one world sounds nice on paper, people and nature clearly seems to prefer diversity and decentralization, whereas entities are freely able to operate. The TPP is nothing more than a power grab towards international law and government for which only further supplements a neo-feudal society of a ruling ownership class and lower working class in which everyone else is in. The TPP will essentially cause nothing more than a global wage race to the bottom, destroying the middle class while further enriching the global elite.

Wake up and join the effort to stop this bill that is directly against the interest of the people. Give your local representatives a call and stress your displeasure if for nothing more than to rattle their cages. If people don’t put up a fight, it will no doubt pass. The vote is soon, so stay vigilant and get involved.
