Sounded like a physical break of an audio connector, or bad wire. The first time the audio stopped it seemed/sounded like someone bumped something. Clean your various plugs with contact cleaner, always trying to keep fingers away from plugs to keep the metal clean.
Intermittent electronics errors can be hard to find. Good luck if software error.
Would it not be simpler using a single mono or stereo mic?

It appears to be as painful for you as it is for many of the rest of us to hear “Elon Musk” discussed as if he “may” be legitimate, or a true speech and liberty advocate, or not aware of what he is doing etc. Those of us who have looked at who he actually is, and what his actions actually are (people are what they do, not what they say), find the conversation frankly ridiculous. Better to refer to him as “the intelligence operation also known as Elon Musk.” Far more accurate.
My goodness. Everything we know and can see about this guy seriously? This is the guy who last year moved all his servers AND data to China, then “he” bought Twitter and is stating his goal of turning it into to another Chinese like WeChat? Please give us a break! It appears you get all this but alas, you have to play nice in the playground.
