Buffalo Springfield is an interesting choice. That song was about a protest concerning the shut down of a club in Los Angeles, not about Vietnam protests. In fact, Nash was openly hostile to the real anti-war movement.
I believe you may find David McGowan’s “Wierd Scenes inside Laurel Canyon” a fascinating book/online series of articles. He goes on to show, using all mainstream sources, that the Laurel Canyon scene of 60’s/early 70’s was not organic but in fact a highly controlled operation. Buffalo Springfield, The Bryds, Jim Morrison, John “Papa” Phillips, Frank Zappa, etc. all have parents that are career intelligence/military intelligence officers. It is more than that of course, as Dave shows.
Definitely something to check out because it is still relevant today.

Okay, yes, that is a good surface level review of Laurel Canyon. But there is another theme that runs through Dave’s book along with his book Programed to Kill. That theme may be very relevant to the Buffalo shooter. Of course that theme is the mental manipulation of people to do such actions as to kill.
Disassociated personality trauma based mind control is well documented. But I believed they moved on from this tactic. I think we need to be actively putting patterns together in order to understand new forms of mental manipulation.
Satanic rituals seemed to be a part of the programming in the past. Today it seems to be predicated around supremacy rituals. Just a thought.
The child scapegoat was severely mentally ill. I think they used sleep deprivation tactics mixed with older tactics.
