Jeff Bachman is a Professorial Lecturer in Human Rights and Director of the Ethics, Peace, and Human Rights MA Program. He is the author of The United States and Genocide: (Re)Defining the Relationship, published in 2017 for Routledge’s Studies in Genocide and Crimes Against Humanities series.
