  1. Toothless tiger! Yes that is how the UN allowed Korean War to happen, did not interfere in many other civil wars or wars of liberation. They should send in UN peacekeeping troops, but they always acquiesce to the PTB who is the US/WEF. James Corbett pointed that out recently.
