These days one can hardly to go about their day without hearing phrases like “Illuminati” or “New World Order” or something about a 9/11 cover up—or perhaps something like “GMO” or “fluoride”, or maybe even just a poignant Orwellian literary allusion. All these topics are undoubtedly complex and multifaceted, and this article’s point is not to tackle one or any of these, but with all that is bubbling to the service these days (whether it be internet murmurs or WikiLeaks Whistleblowing, et cetera) almost everyone is on the same page with one thing: US citizens are not being told the truth anymore. And without going down a rabbit-hole here, all of these aforementioned topics are worth serious, open-minded research and consideration; oftentimes swept under the rug because people are afraid to trust the internet (and to trust their own researching ability and intuition), an Internet Meme is the activity beneath the surface of the waters of the media—independent or mainstream or otherwise.
What probably comes to mind from the word “meme” is a picture of a cat in a cupcake outfit or something as equally unimportant, but what the actual Oxford definition describes is something a bit more profound: “An element of a culture or system of behavior that may be considered to be passed from one individual to another by non-genetic means, especially imitation.” One can get quite lost when considering the lifespan of any given meme, regarding its beginning, development and procreation, and final result (if any) before its death. Because, surely, nothing lasts forever. So if one excludes for a moment memes like Condescending Wonka or Vegeta’s (of which there are over nine thousand) and chooses to use the memetic complex of the internet for insight into cultural transgression with a bit more “depth” let’s say, it would undoubtedly not take long to stumble across one of two things: the CIA’s infamous Project MKULTRA (confirmed by declassified documents), and one of its alleged incarnations/continuations entitled Project MONARCH. 
A well-documented but largely unknown fact about the CIA is that one of its three founding members, Reinhard Gehlen (who was Hitler’s Chief of Intelligence against Russia during the Nazi Regime) was grandfathered into the US government with Operation Paperclip. Along with President Truman, General “Wild Bill” Donovan and Allen Dulles, Gehlen created a culmination of governmental covert affairs, called the Central Intelligence Group, and later the Central Intelligence Agency in 1947.
Predecessors to MKULTRA include Project CHATTER (research and experimentation into the possibilities of “truth drugs” in response to Soviet Cold War efforts), and Project BLUEBIRD, which dealt with behavioral modification. Later renamed Project ARTICHOKE, the project was focused on discovering a means of conditioning personnel to prevent unauthorized extraction of information from them by known means, investigating the possibility of controlling an individual by application of special interrogation techniques, and memory enhancement. Three years after this renaming, Project MKULTRA stepped onto the scene. For those who do not know, Project MKULTRA was the CIA’s literal mind control program, focused very intentionally on the manipulation of individual and collective consciousness through experimental catalysts like radiation, electroshock, various psychiatric techniques, graphology, and psychoactive chemicals, the most widely distributed being LSD.
MKULTRA branched into 149 sub-projects, including Project DELTA (MKULTRA abroad), MKSEARCH, MKOFTEN (a research program said to be investigating toxicological results from various compounds, but it also ambiguously showed CIA officials involved with the project meeting up with esteemed clairvoyants, mediums, psychics, demonologists, and other accomplished affiliates of the occult) and Operation SPELLBINDER (a research project which attempted to hypnotize an agent into becoming a traditional sleeper agent.) And so this is where the non-genetic cultural exchange comes in and really brings this all to life, because contrary to all these other projects and operations, Project MONARCH has no declassified government material on it for reasons that will be abundantly clear soon to come.
Quoting the compendium research novel “The Conspiracy Reader” published in 1999 by PARANOIA Publishing: “The name MONARCH is not necessarily defined within the context of royal nobility, but rather refers to the monarch butterfly… There is also a symbolic representation pertaining to the transformation or metamorphosis of this beautiful insect: from a caterpillar to a cocoon (dormancy, inactivity), to a butterfly (new creation) which will return to its point of origin. Such is the migratory pattern that makes this species unique.
Project MONARCH could be best described as a form of structured dissociation and occult integration, in order to compartmentalize the mind into multiple personalities within a systematic framework. During this process, a Satanic ritual, usually including Cabalistic [also spelt Kabbalistic] mysticism, is performed with the purpose of attaching a particular demon or group of demons to the corresponding alter(s). Of course, most skeptics would view this as simply a me
ans to enhance trauma within the victim, negating any irrational belief that demonic possession actually occurs.” That’s right, this article just fell that far down the rabbit-hole because there is simply no way to discuss Project MONARCH even mockingly without the discussion of manipulated altered states of consciousness, occult ritualism and worship, and the CIA—all are deeply intertwined under the umbrella of MONARCH. And if one simply does not subscribe to any sort of realities, as evil as they would be, in Satanism, one cannot deny the simple fact that those who do choose to worship occult forces do so because they are very intent and unwavering in their beliefs.
Of course, occult ritualism and worship is a pretty broad and multifaceted range of concepts, so for any reader’s further research on the matter, The Ancient “Mystery Religions” as scholars have coined them in Greece, Babylon, India and Egypt were all quite interested in the sides of the coin regarding free will and the manipulation of it, some of the most notable on the subjects being the Gnostics of Egypt, (the gentlemen who established and up-kept the Library of Alexandria) the Gnostic “Nag Hammadi Library” of texts, and the Egyptian Book of the Dead, which is a thorough sequence of Pyramid Texts, written by many different high priests over the course of one thousand years.
These Pyramid Texts (French scholar R.A. Schwaller de Lubicz is an excellent source of Pyramid Text analysis) take time to discuss, amongst a great deal of spiritually enlightening material, a compilation of rituals explicitly describing methods of torture, intimidation, and the “casting of spells” (presumably hypnotism at least partially), potions (or drugs if one prefers scientific vernacular) in order to create trauma, thus fractionalizing the individual’s consciousness and circumventing the grip that the “Waking Consciousness” has on the cognitive aspects of the physical body; creating what some would call Multiple Personality Disorder, and what is referred to today as Dissociative Identity Disorder. And while perhaps seeming trivial at first, the name change helps do away with a great amount of misunderstanding about the psychological disorder, for it is much less a definition of multiple people in one, and more accurately put as the Pavlovian training of a person to snap into a variety of programmed personality sequences through trauma, whether the trauma be happenstantial or purposeful. A helpful visual is to look at the human brain as a quantum computer (because it already is one, after all). A program file, named an “Alter” in MONARCH Programming, is created through induced trauma that demands the brain adapt by cognitively escaping entirely from the situation. When this occurs, one has essentially walked the person away from their metaphorical computer monitor, and can now do anything and everything they please with it. Similar to the films “The Manchurian Candidate” and a “A Clockwork Orange” it is a well-known fact that the CIA has put a great deal of effort into not only learning to understand the programming capabilities of the brain, but also how to activate or “trigger” these “Alters” or “programs”, whether by audio, visual, aromatic or other stimuli.
A vast majority of these victims have statistically been shown to be women; as much as three-fourths of all reported victims being female. One of the many notable internal images predominately seen by the victimized survivors are trees, often with adjoining root systems. This draws some researchers and victims to conclude that this is the Kabbalistic “Tree of Life” perhaps referring to the relationship that some researchers draw between the Tree of Life and its perceived theological representation of the connections between all facets of dimensional reality. This is also a representation of individual human consciousness (interwoven throughout all ancient esoteric thought is the concept that the one is contained in the many and vise-versa; the human entity being a whole and complete fractal of the rest. Thus, a map to dimensional reality would also be a map to an individual’s reality, which would be their consciousness.) and it is reported that the majority of these victims become involved in the national CIA-driven networks, if not bred for other specified roles or experiments.
This information being so outside the comfortable box that most choose to live, one can hardly fault a reader for being skeptical—it is indeed absolute lunacy—but sadly there is just too much evidence of governmental programming and invasive experimentation. A documentary entitled “Conspiracy of Silence” now currently found on YouTube is a documentary that was set to air on the Discovery Channel on May 3rd, 1994. However after the assembly and first draft editing of the entire documentary, the channel unexplainably revoked their deal and banned the documentary from airing, leaving it largely unseen for virtually a decade. The documentary includes a plethora of investigators, journalists, and importantly a number of the key victims who spoke out about their time in a prostitution ring for the court case. Paul Bonaci, Troy Bono, and Alicia Owen were the three most notable victims in the case. By and far the most known and controversial victim speaking out against MKULTRA continuation and variants like MONARCH is Cathy O’Brien, author of the book “Trance Formation of American: The True Life Story of a CIA Slave”. Inside the autobiography that is astonishingly well cited, O’Brien speaks about all the gritty, perverse details of her time as a psychological experiment, and the time after her programming was successful, whereupon she became a part of the alleged American Elitist sex trafficking operation. On the other side of the coin, apart from the victims speaking out, there are what some might call a whistleblower of sorts—although not exactly in the traditional sense—confirming the deeply seeded roots of the CIA and Project MKULTRA within the media, the most notable being Roseanne Barr. Speaking her mind on platforms as far reaching as Russia today, Roseanne has a blunt and straightforward message of government conspiracy over the people; one of their main modes being through the media using the MKULTRA bedrock. While the mainstream media has actively hacked her credibility to pieces, one can’t help but consider the truth behind these allegations as the carefully hidden facts of these secretive operations begin to materialize and the hidden agenda slowly becomes unearthed within the Alternative News outlet.
Interestingly enough, The Conspiracy Reader offers a list of heavily suspected examples of MONARCH programming, including the likes of Lee Harvey Oswald, David Koresh, Charlie Manson, Sirhan-Sirhan, John Hinckley Jr., Tim McVeigh, Mark Chapman, and John Salvi, and goes on to note, “One of the first documented cases of a MONARCH secret agent was that of the voluptuous 1940’s model, Candy Jones. The book, The Control of Candy Jones, (Playboy Press) portrays her 12 years of intrigue and suspense as a spy for the CIA. Jones, whose birth name is Jessica Wilcox, apparently fit the physiological profile as to be one of the initial experiments or human guinea pigs under the government’s ‘scientific’ project, MKULTRA.”
Unmentioned in the article but heavily suspected to be linked with MKULTRA are also Jim Jones and Jonestown, The Boston Marathon Bombers, and the Aurora Colorado Theatre Shooting. Walt Disney also has ties to the beginnings of MONARCH’s implementation in American pop culture, something a bit more heavily cited due to Disney’s funding of the Nazi Party, close ties with J Edgar Hoover and the FBI, his rank as a 32nd Degree Freemason, and his many documented subliminal message scandals in the classic films; Disney is also in a number of classified government documents involving his outing of many so called “communist spies”. The list of movies specified as MONARCH programs in The Conspiracy Reader article, albeit speculative and not exclusive to Disney films, is still quite interesting: “Pinnochio, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, E. T., Star Wars, Ghost Busters, Trancers II, Batman, Bewitched, Fantasy Island, Reboot, Tiny Toons, Duck Tails, The Dead Sea Scrolls and The Tall Book of Make Believe. A few movies which depict or portray some aspect of MONARCH programming are Hell raiser 3, Raising Cain, Labyrinth, Telefon, Johnny Mneumonic, Point of No Return, The Lawnmower Man and Closet Land.” Disney’s Mickey Mouse Club is also heavily speculated to be a MONARCH breeding ground of sorts, creating subjects like Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears. Other members of American pop culture suspected to be linked with Project MONARCH are Jay-Z and his Rockafella Records (a clear nod to the Rockefellers), Beyonce, Rihanna, Eminem, Dr. Dre, Dr. Luke, Ke$ha, Lady GaGa, Katy Perry, Lil Wayne, Birdman, Big Sean, Ariana Grande, Lindsey Lohan, Rick Ross, Amanda Bynes, Miley Cyrus, Jim Carrey, James Franco, Drake, Busta Rhymes, Nicki Minaj, Johnny Depp, Stanley Kubrick, Justin Beiber, Sean Combs, any celebrity who is involved with Scientology inadvertently, unknowingly, or otherwise, and many others not on this list.
These are of course unverified and complete speculation, but interesting none the less. The death of Tupac is suspected to be a MONARCH maneuvering, as well as the deaths of Michael Jackson, Robin Williams, Heath Ledger, lesser known rapper Capital Steez, and both the death of John Lennon and the disbandment of The Beatles. Nineties rapper Craig Mack—who was produced by Sean Combs, also Biggie’s producer—fled to a religious sect where he remains to this day renouncing his rapping career, and is also duly suspected. And, as for Mr. Russel Brand and his street-prophesying of Spiritual Revolution, it is essentially up in the air. Some heavily argue that due to his involvement with Katy Perry that he is a pawn just like the rest of them, while others argue that his split from Perry signified his attempt to make what difference he could (some even argue that the couple’s split was a forced maneuver to Brand spiritual interest away from Perry, who was at that point receiving heavy doses of MONARCH programming.) However, credit seems to be due to Brand for his tenacity on the subjects, his disregard for the elitist society that created him, and his consistency in his actions.
Taken from The Conspiracy Reader, are the levels of supposed levels of MONARCH brain programming:
– ALPHA: Regarded as “general” or regular programming within the base control personality; characterized by extremely pronounced memory retention, along with substantially increased physical strength and visual acuity. Alpha programming is accomplished through deliberately subdividing the victim’s personality which, in essence, causes a left brain-right brain division, allowing for a programmed union of L and R through neuron pathway stimulation.
– BETA: Referred to as “sexual” programming. This programming eliminates all learned moral convictions and stimulates the primitive sexual instinct, devoid of inhibitions.
– DELTA: This is known as “killer” programming, originally developed for training special agents or elite soldiers (i.e. Delta Force, First Earth Battalion, Mossad, etc.) in covert operations. Optimal adrenal output and controlled aggression is evident. Subjects are devoid of fear; very systematic in carrying out their assignment. Self-destruct or suicide instructions are layered in at this level.
– THETA: Considered to be the “psychic” programming… Due to its evident limitations, however, various forms of electronic mind control systems were developed and introduced, namely, bio-medical human telemetry devices (brain implants), directed-energy lasers using microwaves and/or electromagnetics. It is reported these are used in conjunction with highly advanced computers and sophisticated satellite tracking systems.
– OMEGA: A “self-destruct” form of programming, also known as “Code Green.” The corresponding behaviors include suicidal tendencies and/or self-mutilation. This program is generally activated when the victim/survivor begins therapy or interrogation and too much memory is being recovered.
– GAMMA: Another form of system protection is through “deception” programming, which elicits misinformation and misdirection. This level is intertwined with demonology and tends to regenerate itself at a later time if inappropriately deactivated.
However cryptic and speculatory, this is a lot of information that is actively being muddled and discredited, which is clearly evident with the amount of high-profile characters in all these interconnected cases and all these surviving key witnesses that continue to urgently speak out against MKULTRA and MONARCH. Whether or not one is able to believe all of these details, in the long run it is not the most important—what is crucial is that, one way or another, people begin to understand that the “Mainstream Media/Pop Culture” clearly has ulterior motives that are often heavily rooted in subjects that most of us consider illegal, even immoral—like abusive prostitution rings, trauma-based mind manipulation, and occult ritualism (which in itself is not actually evil—it just has branches of evil within the broad category). The true extent of these topics is something that still needs to be delved into and sifted through, but it should be each citizen’s strongest inclination to speak up about any and all ideas that conflict with one’s understanding of what this country should represent.
Whether these subjects are based in fact or manufactured to cover something of more importance, there is just too much talk about these topics to not warrant some sort of investigation. So instead of dragging one’s feet through the mud, the people must reach an agreement to focus not so much the specifics of the ulterior motives of the American Elite, but first of the consequences these ulterior motives have on the American culture. From there, this country can then begin to morally and rationally assess the actions of our rulers and Elite society. It has become apparent that, regardless of anyone’s specific beliefs on Projects MKULTRA, MONARCH, or DELTA, that the Elite have spent a great deal of time trying to understand how to make the people’s decisions for them, and that the Mainstream Media and Pop Culture are their go-to avenues for deciding for the people. It is time that We the People cut ourselves off from the toxic and parasitically infested waters of the Mainstream; a complete and total boycott is the only answer in order to cultivate a necessary peaceful revolution. After all, the only thing needed to create a new “mainstream” is to dam up the old one and watch the water flow in a new direction.
