I’ve been watching Catherine for a while now, well since the whole covid thing anyway. She is great at explaining things. I’ve personally taken on board a fair bit of her advice over the last couple of years. I have no TV (not had one for years). I have no computer, and gave up Facebook and Twitter ages ago. I do have an old refurb phone, and use that for watching non mainstream media. I tend to support when I can. I have a community bank account for savings, but it’s tricky here in UK to ditch main banks altogether. It might be wiser for me to ditch the phone and get a computer? I feel a bit stuck in some respects as I’m dependent on the government for disability allowance, which goes straight into a bank account! Not sure there’s anyway round that. I’ll have a search. I guess the decision may be made for me if they decide the un-jabbed will not be supported! I do have my own allotment, and have a really good seed collection. Terrible year for some crops…blight! I’m learning about best plants for my region. Great crop of squash, beans, and pumpkins this year! Maybe I’ll use beans for currency. I’ll change my name to Jack!

If it’s one or the other, definitely go with a pc (desktop or laptop computer).
It seems many people don’t realize how inferior phones are to pcs for learning, productivity, etc.
It has to do with the operating systems — phone OS’s are for social media and buying stuff; two things ruining the world — screen size, texting abbreviated English vs. typing thoughtfully, and psychological use/purpose/location of the device.
In short: PCs are wings, phones are chains.
Furthermore, you can find a local “computer repair” shop (not a corporate/chain; rather, a “handyman” for computers) and chances are he will sell refurbished pcs — even customize one for you* — and even offer a warranty, and give you peace-of-mind (that he’ll be there if/when you need help).
*tell him you want a used laptop with a Linux Operating System (e.g., https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop ) — have him remove Microsoft Windows OS — with at least 8 gb RAM, remove/turn-off Bluetooth/WiFi, and your budget is $250.
Then, get home internet service and tell the installer to set it up w/o WiFi (i.e., you want it to be “wired”).

Thank you very much for kind response. Much appreciated. My biggest problem is (like many) is that I function on a very low budget, with very little wiggle room. This has been fine up to now as my needs are few. I’m sixty and not interested in ‘stuff’. Before all this nonsense started I decided the cheapest thing to do was just buy a phone and use giff gaff. I ditched the landline and WiFi as hugely expensive. I do need to stay in touch with son etc. I may end up just buying a bog standard call only phone. The phone I have now is pretty ancient. I guess I will see. Looks like UK is charging down a dark path. Passes brought in for certain venues. I will not be taking the jab under any circumstances having had serious drug reactions in the past. That aside…it’s totally unethical and wrong on so many levels to enforce any drug, let alone an experimental one! My biggest concern is for the younger generation. I think many people still have no clue about what’s about to hit the fan. Some just don’t care.

Clearly define your need/goal (what & why) — e.g., “research and implement free and low-cost solutions to improving/upgrading my access to (low-income service plan) and use (cheap/free computer) of the internet, and talking to my son (free: googlevoice, skype, zoom, etc.), within my budget (?), so I can have more enjoyment, less worry, and a better experience day-to-day” — then seek and ye shall find.
One more idea for you: Ask friends/family if the have old/unused laptop they might like to give you.
If so, take it to a local “computer guy” and ask them to remove Windows and install a “lightweight Linux OS” for you, such as:

So, is there a light at the end of this tunnel? Strangely, that light may come from an entirely different direction, and an entirely different scientific school. Look up Laschamp, Mono Lake, Lake Mungo and Gothenburg. These are geological events that happen, approximately every 12,000 years apart. The theory is that this is the cycle in which our sun has a micronova event. It begins with the lessening and migration of the earth’s magnetic field (which began in 1859…see the Carrington Event). If, indeed, this micronova theory is correct, we are on the cusp of another such event. Some humans have survived these events in the past, but it drastically changed life….and would destroy the electrical grid, technology ,etc.,etc. And in doing so, destroy the direction that the globalists are taking us.

Re: 5g/vaccines
It seem clear to me at this point (lots of research/study) the plan is to use “pandemics” & “vaccines” as pretexts for injection updates that will basically be for antennae-izing humans with nano-graphene or other (plus other bio-manipulations here and there, e.g., sterilizing this or that group, now or later) for data-flows to and from humans and networks via 5G frequencies. They want the Earth — products, plants, animals and humans — to be transmitters/receivers of data.
The tech. exists for all of it now; it’s just a matter of testing, refining, installing towers, launching satellites, and “going online”… Or not; it’s up to the masses: Ignorantly comply — “…bliss” (not) — or LEARN (and consume carefully so you can think and act well) and resist/reject.

Also, Kennedy and J Looney the UK Funeral director talking recently… …the whole 27 minutes v important but in particular minutes 18 to 24: UK HOSPITAL MEDICAL STAFF turning blind eye/being bullied into not saying post injection carnage/being ignored… vaccines “turning people’s blood to glue” .. Looney testifying along with Bhakdi and other key world vaccine experts etc to the UK government in power and seemingly ultimately ignored.
