  1. Hey Ryan, if you were interested I thought I would paste the requirements for the UC system in regards to vaccination.
First their quote: “Everyone, regardless of vaccination status, is required to wear a face covering in some specific campus locations, including: classrooms, mass transit, healthcare settings, indoor youth settings and a few other university settings.”
The main takeaway is that the mandate also applies to any and all boosters: Is this a one-time mandate or will I be required to get boosters or annual shots? “This is a permanent policy. Infectious disease experts anticipate that annual or more frequent boosters will be necessary and receipt of boosters will be required, consistent with product labeling, in the same way that the initial vaccination is required by this policy and subject to the same Exceptions and Deferrals.” What a joke.

    1. Brass, I have found that those who will not listen cannot be persuaded by any amount of information to the contrary (even though they appear to be intelligent people — or at least I had thought so in the past); I speak of my own family members — all except 2 of over 100 are vaccinated. I have been telling people this was a scam since April of 2020. Here in the U.S. we have a 50% majority, and we need to stand up now (IMO). Thanks for your comment and the links. I value your research and dedication to spreading the truth.

    2. Brass, you asked about a detox protocol a few days ago in the comments. Perhaps this will help (I cannot access telegram from my Chrome, so haven’t looked at the links posted therein):
I am unvaxxed and immune compromised (ironically enough, due to a ‘vaccine’ my doctor recommended in 2013 – lol – you live and learn). Since the beginning of the ‘plandemic’ (clearly a hoax) I have been taking quercetin, zinc, vitamin D, liposimal vitamin C, NAC and glycine . . . . prolonged high fever (2 or 3 days) a few times over the past year and a half, but chlorine dioxide, ivermectin protocol cured me. . . . Learn to listen to your body; do your own research. Good luck!

  2. Thank you TLAV.
    Keep it up!!!
(I just can’t believe the levels of idiocy & complete lack of critical thinking on behalf of the people and even those in the field.”

  3. It is time for nationwide protests in every U.S. state — organized BEFORE they start knocking on our front doors en mass. . . . How do we work on setting a date and publicizing this?

  4. Ryan, I think you are absolutely right. They want us to fight each other. Its’ not about a virus or vaccine at all, but the solutions, as you know.

  5. Thanks for the great show as always. That Swiss Policy Research article said an Australian infected 60 people pre-symptomatically in America? Didn’t that Nature article show out of 10 million people there were only 300 spreaders who were asymptomatic? Could you please cover the difference between presymptomatic and asymptomatic? I’ve been going around telling people (including my perplexed family) that there simply is no asymptomatic spread of Covid. Am I misinformed and killing people?

    1. Ok, having slept on it, I see the mistake: The insidious nature of the vaccines is they are symptom suppressants, thereby permitting pre-symptomatic transmission. Still, I’d like to know more about the difference in pre-symptomatic vs asymptomatic carriers…for example, the lockdown, masks etc. were predicated on the idea that Covid is *extremely* contagious in its pre-symptom stages. Was this blatant gaslighting? For example, this June 2020 article
cites the (hijacked) CDC and writes:
“Unfortunately, there’s not much research that differentiates asymptomatic COVID-19 cases versus presymptomatic cases. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that 35% of all people with COVID-19 are asymptomatic, but says that those people are just as infectious as those with symptoms. The CDC also estimates that 40% of transmission happens before people feel sick.”
How does all this square with the Nature peer-reviewed study of 10 Million people? Were all ten million of them proven to *not be* pre-symptomatic? If anybody has more info on this, please let me know. 🙂

      1. The study with 10 million people could not find any asymptomatic spread currently and this is just a few months of lockdown. The authors concluded asymptomatic spread was stopped thanks to the few months of lockdown but offered no proof of asymptomatic spread in the first place. Studies on asymptomatic spread specifically are only theoretical modeling studies on a certain percentage of asymptomatic spread and provide no proof of asymptomatic spread to begin with.

In regards to pre-symptomatic spread, the proof or lack of should be seen in those who isolate after a positive test. Isolation is only meant for preventing spread and does not stop infection. If you isolated and never developed symptoms then you were never pre-symptomatic or sick to begin with. Unfortunately the CDC did not removed positive cases where people isolated and never developed symptoms during their quarantine.

  6. Narrative Authoritarianism is precisely how legal Acts and Statutes are “imbued with power” which is why there is a monumental effort to enshrine the concept that words derived from “authoritative sources” carry more real world weight than the “simple” statements of parrhesia. The idea extends from the vacant foundation of the divine right of kings, when it was SAID that the king spoke on behalf of god which gave his words the “genuine” “authority” of omnipotence. In theory, the law has evolved beyond this charade, in practice authors of judgments continue to exercise [author]ity over SUBJECTS with “omnipotence” a.k.a. “unerring” judgement.

  7. “If you know someone unvaccinated (sic) persuade them”: In law, coercion is codified as a duress crime. Such actions are used as leverage, to force the victim to act in a way contrary to their own interests. Coercion may involve the actual infliction of physical pain/injury OR psychological harm in order to enhance the credibility of a threat. Aug. 20 2019 –

  8. (Allergic reaction) Would it kill me? Highly unlikely…: Gambler’s fallacy. The gambler’s fallacy, also known as the Monte Carlo fallacy or the fallacy of the maturity of chances, is the mistaken belief that, if something happens more frequently than normal during a given period, it will happen less frequently in the future (or vice versa).

  9. I hope this makes it to mp3.

I know I’m that guy and I know you are busy. I’m chompin at the bit for these shows.

      1. Hey Dan thank you for that converter. I finally tried it to get the Broze interview. Thats a good tool. Many thanks!

Keep an eye on these virus families, we could end up seeing them in the future, like SPARS. Also this is just a cover so that these people can continue to play God and make new viruses rather than actually acknowledging that some things just should not be developed.

Stuff they won’t teach you in conventional history:

  11. 1) thank you for the conversion my man it matters. I’m building a rooster run for these extras and can’t stream jack -word choice- ; and thanks Dan for the advice, but I dip my toes into tech only as far as I need. All this stuff is creepy to me.

    2) your brief comments on the RuPaul kids drag thing got me thinking and what I thought was this: perversion is freedom and freedom is perversion.

And what I mean by that is this: ideas that were once perceived as perverse have been mainstreamed and represent “freedom” and ideas that were once perceived as freedom and liberty have become perverse” muh guns, muh luburty.

So, dress up as a puppy and be led down Market St SF by a leash as the float above you has a costumed out someone or other riding a giant float sized dildo and you are free.

Speak of liberty and freedom in regards to business, private property, non-government intrusion into life matters and arms, and you are perverse.

    Chicken coop thoughts.

I feel like a weirdo complimenting you every show, just know I highly appreciate the work you are doing. When the time comes I can drop a coin, im bringing in the dumptrucks.

  12. Gavin Newsome and CA HHS issue “de facto” mandate for all government employees to get vaccinated “to end the pandemic”.

Meanwhile in San Mateo County they are reinstating mask mandates in several areas to to stop the spread of the Delta variant. San Mateo has an 88.6% vaccination rate ages 12 and up.

    Makes sense right? 🙁

    1. The HHS is getting sued by America’s frontline doctors. This society has been set up as modern day Babylon, and if the elites fail, they’ll bring down the entire planet. Take a look at the news channel:

  13. Also I wanted to provide some other links: To those saying they aren’t showing up at your door to sell vaccines: Opposers of lockdown gets fired: Iphones will have pre-installed vaccine passport feature: CNN being incompetent: Moderna CEO on vaccine: Fox News had this article: “14% of Dallas County Residents have not returned for their second shot.” This should be enough to show the rate of side effects from this shot, and this is just first dose. After reading the Fox News article, take a look at the comments. Straight from the FDA: “Detection of viral RNA may not indicate the presence of infectious virus or that 2019-nCoV is the causative agent for clinical symptoms. ” Fauci saying asymptomatic spread doesn’t exist: NIH on MRNA shots: Whitney Webb right on the money: This was a long message, thank you for making it to the end. Remember to do your own research to confirm this, and everything you see on the news.

  14. The mp3 never came up in full but who cares, I’ve been streaming where I can.

Just want to share a quick story, I was taking the compost out to the compost pile one foggy, still and quiet morning and heard a giant thump right on the ground above me. Quickly every ground bird split like a cartoon.

And what was left on the ground was a peregrine falcon that had taken a red tail hawk out of the sky. The size difference between those two birds of prey had no say in the victor.

The falcon is sharper, faster and more patient. Though smaller, its precision is what leads it out of the fog.

      1. Its not showing up in my podcast generator. I’ve seen this happen before in podcast world where the resubmission isn’t picked up by the app I use.

Excellent breakdown of that politico article. I really enjoyed that.

  15. Normalization.

    “Its just a flesh wound”

At what point are we going to see articles like “all my limbs were amputated from the covid shot but I’m here to tell you it’s still a good idea to take it”?

Based on trajectory and velocity, im going with two months.

  16. I did write a comment that was posted. Basically, I said that I like your show, but that I think you gave the false impression on what is actually coming for the California mandates. There is a PCR test option that is equivalent to the vaccine. I think this is important because people may get the false impression that they have to get vaccinated or lose their jobs, while they can opt for PCR testing on a regular basis. Certainly, this isn’t great but it is a lot better than vaccination. The PCR test will also work for bars, restaurants, etc. since the bars in SF accept PCR in lieu of vaccination. My niece came back from Europe and said all the bars and stores, etc. in Europe accept PCR in lieu of vaccine. The UC system also accepts PCR in lieu of vaccination. In other words, PCR is the equivalent of a vaccine passport.

    1. Indeed, however in the case of the UC system a medical or religious exemption has to be granted first. And you’re right Kapoore the requirements of the unvaccinated vs the vaccinated are virtually the same so there is no way anyone can tell if you got the shot or not. For the UC system I believe we get tested twice a week, and there are certain facilities we can’t access, but I believe that was it. However, Soros and Gates just bought the testing mechanism so… hard to tell what to expect. The swab tests are associated with carcinogens, but there is talk of using saliva instead.
Neither option is great. Fauci has gone back and forth so many times, I finally understand why they call him flip-flop Fauci. He even explored highly effective anti-parasitics as remedies for coronaviruses, and said that asymptomatic spread does not exist.
Also to address your other comment, everyone needs criticisms. TLAV is certainly one of the best, but it can be better. For example, I wasn’t a fan of time when he first brought up the Israel times article(on hospitalization rates among vaccinated), because there were no sources behind it. But him and the rest of the team are so adroit at what they do, especially when it comes to finding multiple sources for one problem that it works out anyway.
