Basement Fire Closes IRS Headquarters Just ONE DAY After Panama Papers Leak

The recent chaos stirred by the Panama Papers, has been covered in detail since the leak occurred earlier this week. The 11.5 million documents of highly incriminating nature, were stolen from Mossack Fonseca and have already caused the resignation of Iceland’s Prime Minister, and put English Prime Minister David Cameron in some very hot water.

The documents reveal the shadowy financial spider’s web the global 1% has woven, and how they store money in offshore accounts and imaginary businesses to avoid being taxed. The documents are a goldmine of information dangerous to the world’s elite – and they seem to understand that.

So far though the mainstream media has only focused its attention on foreign governments/leaders and scandals abroad, paying noticeably little attention to the American’s incriminated by the leak. Hopefully, as more information is processed and released we will learn more about these American tax evasion artists… or perhaps, the media will turn a blind eye and try to change the subject as fast as possible.

Only time will tell. But so far it isn’t looking good. Just a single day after the massive leak, the IRS headquarters in Washington DC was shut down due to a mysterious basement fire. It will remain closed for a full week.

The timing of this fire is so coincidental it’s bordering on suspicious. Naturally many have speculated that this inferno was a last resort, taken to cover up evidence that corroborates the information in the Panama Papers. It could also be possible that the IRS itself was complicit with this massive level of tax evasion, or otherwise connected to it, and needed to cover up some tracks.

The official statement dismissed it as an electrical fire, and will pursue no further investigation (even if they did, it is doubtful they’d release more information to the public). We may never know what was damaged or destroyed in the fire, and we may never understand the correlation between this and the Panama Papers leak. But the timing is enough to raise some eyebrows, at the very least.
