In such uncertain and intentionally misleading times, it is no surprise to see just how disjointed the US has become, as the average American is left looking to their emotions to answer their unanswerable questions. And sadly, for a large portion of this country, those emotions are dictated and even orchestrated by whichever local news station they allow into their thought process.
Which is why it is so important for each of us to begin pulling back from these controls mechanisms and begin asking the tough questions, acknowledging the red flags, and facing the tough realization that this administration is clearly not heading in the direction that many had hoped.
Whether or not Donald himself is cognitive of the agenda(to which, in all likelihood, he is oblivious), it has become clear that this entire anti-trump movement is designed to do three things: divide the people,(as a people united is the biggest threat to a rising totalitarian rule), co-opt the alternative movement, while simultaneously putting back to sleep many individuals who were awake not so long ago, by convincing them Trump is the answer, when in reality, he is just another step in the plan.
In this week’s episode TLAV Political Roundtable, we discuss the increasing awareness surrounding the United States and its hypocritical foreign and domestic policy, and how it stands as the moral police of the world while committing the same atrocities behind the cover of false altruism, as well as the ongoing manipulation of Donald Trump and his cabinet.
As always, we advocate that everyone take charge of their own political education and actively do their own research and investigation. The power to enact change is meant to be in the hands of the people, but unless we begin paying attention, asking questions and getting involved, this country will remain the same at best, and at worst, further fall into the hands of those who care not for the people, but only for their own ambition.
